Returns and Refunds
We want what you ordered to be right when it reaches you. If it isn't, here is how we handle it.
Physical products
Journals, Compass Cards, cups, trays, and candles can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as they are unused and in their original condition. Once a candle has been burned, it cannot be returned for safety reasons, though a defective candle is always covered (see below).
You are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend a tracked method, since we cannot issue a refund for a return we do not receive.
Once your return reaches us and passes a quick condition check, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Digital products
Digital items, including downloadable guides, workbooks, and any companion materials delivered as a file, are final sale once the download has been delivered or accessed. Because these are sent to you immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final. This is noted at checkout before you complete your purchase.
If you have trouble accessing a digital file you paid for, contact us and we will make it right.
Damaged or defective items
If something arrives damaged or defective, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including any shipping you paid, and you will not need to cover return shipping.
